Welcome to Spirit Without Boundaries

Our present-day world is going through a dramatic transition and
transformation and we all need to rise to the occasion, both individually and collectively. At Spirit Without Boundaries, our conviction is that making mindfulness, meditation and other presence practices available for as many people as possible will contribute to the positive transformation of our world, locally, nationally and globally.

Our practical motto is “Service Is the Greatest Joy” and we live and
breathe it daily.

Our Mission

We are a nonprofit organization bringing mindfulness, meditation and other presence practices to the mainstream of our society.

Our Vision

A world grounded in presence, sanity and happiness.

Our Values

Presence, Gratitude, Generosity, Creativity, Harmony, Kindness, and Local, National, & Global Citizenship

Gratitude

We believe that gratitude should be the basic emotion and attitude in
human condition and emphasize it strongly in our practices, programs
and events.

Generosity

In accordance with our main motto “Service is the Greatest Joy,” we see human beings as inexhaustible sources of energy and generosity and encourage them to practice and express it in various ways.

Creativity

In the age of dramatic transition and radical transformation, we need
creativity on both individual and collective level to create new vistas and values for our being and doing. Our practices and events are designed to ignite this kind of creativity.

Harmony

We help people reaching the harmony between their bodies and minds, harmony with other people and harmony with the world as a whole.

Kindness

Kindness is a direct bi-product of well designed presence practices and we do everything we can to bring it more to the world.

Local, National and Global Citizenship

We hold that every individual has local, national and global identity and encourage action on local, national and global level.

Our Services

We offer our programs and services predominantly in Santa Cruz (CA), San Diego (CA) and the Kansas City/Lawrence (KS) area and/or virtually but are – in accordance with our mission – open to invitations nationally and globally.

We serve anyone and everyone that is interested in enriching their lives, classrooms, and communities.

We offer holistic mindfulness-based classes and programs with special emphasis on serving middle and high school age youth in their classrooms or during their after school activities (sports, clubs, etc). We collaborate with teachers, coaches, administrators, and students to ensure that our programming meets the specific needs of each population. We strive to serve those who serve students as well. Each program includes opportunities for the adults in a student’s life to benefit from our services.

Additionally, we offer mindfulness-based programming and classes for the general public. Our offerings include weekly and monthly classes, workshops, 1:1 instruction, and contracted programs. If you are looking for mindfulness-based wellness programming for your community, staff, or organization, we would love to serve you and are happy to create programming which is tailored to meet your specific needs.
